The challenges
Mental Health Wellbeing is a real passion for The Kennel Club and being able to broaden awareness amongst the team of the issues surrounding mental health was a top priority. However, creating awareness was only part of the challenge, being able to provide tangible help to first aiders was also key.

Our solution
Green Cross Global provided a range of training services to help The Kennel Club create a total of nine new Mental Health First Aiders trained people within their business and across multiple sites, in addition to one already trained in Mental Health First Aid that gave them a total of ten qualified people on hand to assist with mental health issues across their business.
The outcome
People across The Kennel Club organisation were delighted that Mental Health was being given a top priority by senior management. In addition, the managers across the organisation were delighted to have the tools necessary to equip them to deal with issues as they arose, but also to spot issues before they become a problem.
