Our standard terms allow a free reschedule up to 14 days before a course. Inside that window, the full course fee normally applies — even if life gets in the way.
Flex is our way of saying we know how it goes. For a small one-off fee added to your booking, you keep the freedom to move the date right up to a few days before the course.

What Flex Covers

What's covered
- Reschedule a flex-protected booking to any future Green Cross Global cohort — same course, any venue, any date including virtual.
- One reschedule per booking.
- Substitute a delegate at any time (this is already free under our standard terms).
- Reschedule must be requested before the cut-off for the type of course you booked.
What's not covered
- Refunds — Flex is reschedule protection, not cancellation insurance.
- No-show or short-notice cancellations after the cut-off — standard T&Cs apply.
- Switching to a different course (e.g. EFAW → FAW). Same course only.
- Course content disputes or quality complaints — handled separately under our customer-care policy.
How It's Priced
Two flavours, depending on the kind of training you've booked.
Public courses
- A small fee per delegate, depending on the course.
- Reschedule any delegate up to 24 hours before the course starts.
- Each delegate's reschedule is independent — you decide who, when.
In-house training
- A small flat fee, scaled to the size of the booking.
- Reschedule the whole course up to 48 hours before delivery.
- Replaces our standard 14-day reschedule rule for that booking.
